Terms of Service
Effective May 23, 2026
By creating an account or using Jubli, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
Jubli helps you track people and occasions, generate AI gift ideas, see real product recommendations, and get reminders. Product suggestions and links are provided for convenience; we don't sell the products and aren't responsible for third-party merchants.
Your account
You're responsible for your account and the information you add. Keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use Jubli.
Trial & subscription
New accounts start a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued AI Gift Board generation requires the Early Member subscription ($10.99/year). Your saved people, dates, history, and previously generated boards remain visible regardless. Subscriptions renew annually until cancelled; manage or cancel anytime via the billing portal. Fair-use limits apply to AI features to control cost.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity; no attempts to break security, scrape at scale, or overload the AI features. We may suspend accounts that do.
Affiliate links
Some product links may earn Jubli a commission at no extra cost to you. You purchase gifts directly from the retailers, subject to their terms.
AI suggestions
Gift ideas and product details are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, unavailable, or mispriced. Verify details with the retailer before buying.
Disclaimers & liability
Jubli is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Termination
You can stop using Jubli and request deletion anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: support@jubli.co. [Governing law: specify your jurisdiction.]
