Information we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication details (or, if you sign in with Google, your Google account email and basic profile).
• People you add: names, relationships, occasions/dates, interests, notes, and budgets you record about gift recipients.
• Gift activity: the Gift Boards, product picks, and purchase statuses you create or save.
• Your Gift Profile: the preferences you choose to share via a public link (only fields you mark as shared are visible).
• Usage analytics: events about how you use the app (e.g. boards created, links clicked), to improve the product.
• Billing data: if you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe; we store your subscription status, not card numbers.

How we use it

To provide and improve Jubli: generate gift suggestions, resolve real products, send occasion reminders, track your trial/subscription, and measure product usage. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share limited data with providers that run the service on our behalf: Supabase (database + authentication), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI gift generation — recipient details are sent to generate suggestions), SerpAPI (product lookup), Resend (reminder emails), Stripe (payments), and PostHog (analytics). Each processes data only to perform its function.

Data about other people

Details you add about recipients are private to your account and protected by row-level security. Only add information you have a reasonable basis to record. A person's shared Gift Profile shows only what they chose to share.

Your choices

You can edit or delete people, boards, and your Gift Profile at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at support@jubli.co.

Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit and access is scoped per user. We keep your data while your account is active and delete it on request, subject to legal obligations.

Children

Jubli is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect their data.
